Humanity is, everything is pretty much straightforward. Pretty easy to get and out. No real issues. The lighting in the hallways are a little bit little bit dark but other than that I thought it was okay

The lady at the front desk could have let my friend in the door instead of letting her stand in the foyer in sub-zero weather while I parked the car. I understand the safety issues but a midnight in sub-zero ...
