"Room spacious but bathroom layout poor and could be unsafe if some had some physical challenges. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The breakfast fare was poor- fruit was rotten, biscuits burnt, no yogurt or gluten-free options other than hard boiled egg."

Had problems with room #331: shower would not work and required 2 or 3 visits from Hotel staff to get shower to slightly work or to shut off. Hotel refused changing rooms or allowing us to shower in another room. Sink was slow and needs cleaning. Entry / hallway sink electrical plug has something broken off in plug, making it unuseful. King bed was painfuly beyond its useful life and sagging. Refrigerator cabinet was...

"Good hot breakfast and coffee available all day/night Staff friendly and helpful Gym could use some smaller weights had 5lb then 20lb and heavier The boot cleaning machines at the entrance were a great idea safely some guests did not use them and saw mud from elevator to breakfast room one morning"
