"The hotel & staff itself was very nice. It was a small Miscommunication prior to my arrival BUT the manager on duty made it right. He literally saved the day . "

"The entrance to this place has a weird curb right in the middle of the entrance its not painted and blends in with the pavement at night you can not see it. I hit it and have knocked something loose in the front end of truck and the property owner says its not thier fault like paint it or put a light there so it can be seen at night!!"

"The property was clean and very quiet. It has everything on site for a comfortable stay. I was in town for work for a week and staying here was much more pleasant and less expensive than staying in a local hotel for a week. "

"Great room, awesome staff, comfortable beds superb breakfast. It was the best hotel of our whole trip. We travelled from Canada down to the Florida Keys and back up to Jacksonville. "

"Check in was smooth. The place was clean. It was a convenient walk to a nearby playground that our children enjoyed. Overall a great spot. "

"Room was old, reeked of smoke! Sheets were torn, stained and had holes in them. No covering of bathroom window so large light shined in all night and also someone could just stand there and see in bathroom or full room if door was open. The place was not worth $20 a night, let alone what they charged. I immediately cancelled my second night and would recommend anywhere but here. There is vintage and old but this was rundown and a dump. No other way to say it. I asked for a receipt and it was handwritten by the clerk on a telephone answering note pad. At least I have that to show my car company if they try to charge me for the second night."
