"Stayed at Hotel Zena Washington DC and had an amazing experience. The entire staff—from valet to housekeeping to management—were extremely professional and made me feel like I was staying somewhere truly upscale. The level of service really stood out; they treated you like you mattered. The hotel itself has a great vibe, beautiful views, and an overall polished, high-end feel. "Wonderful affordable place to stay with simple accommodations. As with many CQ, the rooms are small but that goes with the prices. A bonus at this one is the water pressure. While the neighborhood is pretty quiet, the windows are not sound reducing so you can hear what noice is on the street. "

"The in-house restaurant was closed thats the only reason for reduced stars. Apart from that everything was great. Loved that they had a shuttle to take us to Gaylord or MGM if needed."
