Very nice spot. Host was timely and friendly. Studio has smart technology and all lights work on motion. Comfy bed and large screen tv was great for sports. Plenty of snacks and amenities. I’d stay here again for sure.

A gem in Anacostia!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at this property! Juan is such a gracious host and the property was perfect for what we needed! Loved the snacks and drinks that were there for us as well. Definitely a 5 star place!

Hosts go above and beyond to give you a good experience. All of the amenities you could need are provided, and it was very cozy and comfortable. I would not recommend walking in the area, but the location is a short ride into the city and was mostly quiet during my stay. Would recommend!

Wedding Weekend

Everything went well. Host was pleasant, helpful and courteous. Safe neighborhood. We had a wedding to attend at The Wharf. Location made it easy for us to get in and out of the festivities. Would stay here again.

The stay at Juan's was amazing. The property was immaculately clean. Juan gave us a tour of the smart unit and gave us tons of suggestions about where to go and how to get there. He offered tons of knowledge of the area and things to do. He was available anytime we had questions or concerns. We would stay here anytime we are in DC and highly recommend his property. I can't speak highly enough of our stay.

Great Experience

Our host, Juan, is what made all the difference. His kindness and helpfulness was just awesome!! The house was super clean, updated and this is a smart house. There was complimentary drinks and snacks. We were very impressed. You are only a $6.00 Uber to the metro and then a $2 ride to the National Archives. This is a win location. Thank you, Juan!! You definitely were one of the best host I have encountered.

First Timers in D.C

Check-in process was a bit rough. The check-in time was at 4pm. But the guests before us had left late so it had ruined the timing of everyone else: clean up crew & us. Clean-up crew had a 3 hour window to clean for the next guests to stay. We were on our way over 20 minutes before check-in time, our host had let us know but we were already on our way over. It was untimely. We were tired from our trek around D.C, just wanted to refresh & drop off our carry-on bags from the morning flight in. Juan was thorough with the tour of the very cozy space. Easy to get a hold of him through text or phone call. Sent a list of suggestions to do around the city. Security is top notch there, makes you feel safe!

Host is awesome! Very responsive. Great place to stay. Only concern was pillows were not very good. Great location for proximity to DC, neighborhood left a little too be desired. We would definitely stay there again. Snacks and drinks were very nice touch.
