Clean and nice. Did not realize it was a basement location which was the only bummer about it. Location was good and having off street parking was a win. Boat was great to communicate with as well!

We had a nice stay overall and appreciated the protected parking, washer/dryer, well-equipped kitchen, and great shower pressure.Owner was quick to respond to questions and concerns.Check-in instructions could be clearer—we needed to call for help, and others seemed to have the same issue.
