We spent 4 nights here. The apartment was clean and roomy, they had comfy beds, a fun loft balcony and Matthew was good with communication.

This vrbo was immaculate. It was very modern and spacious. There was a parking space provided as well, which was great. The host was responsive to questions, and easy to communicate with. The only downside was that it wasn’t in the best area of town. I didn’t feel safe having my family walk around the neighborhood.

Nice place, very clean, off street parking in a secured parking lot. Prompt attention from property manager when needed. A few more towels would have been nice. Overall, an excellent value.

This clean modern updated unit is located in a building that has seven flights of stairs to penthouse one. We were four active, senior citizen ladies. The difficulty in carrying our luggage upstairs was only relieved by a good Samaritan temporarily staying in the building. We had a full week of activities planned, and going up and down the stairs was quite the challenge. The small green space could use some attention as it was quite trashy as we walked to the retail & restaurants. The owner was non-responsive to our request for top sheets and towels. One of the small bedrooms had a door leading to the rooftop patio. We were not able to enjoy that space as it had not been cleaned and was not inviting for use. Additionally, the exterior door that led to the outside patio did not have a lock on it. We used our luggage & the cable from my iPad to secure the doors, but we did not feel completely safe. We do believe that someone accessed our unit while we were away, but nothing was taken. The supposedly ‘fully stocked’ kitchen had very limited glassware or silverware, & what was available looked like it was purchased from a dollar store. Considering the cost, we certainly expected better accommodations, quality, use of the rooftop patio and a promise of security. It was disappointing to not receive a response to our request, but quite a surprise to have the cleaning lady waiting as we exited the unit. Surely she could have brought sheets and towels.Now I will be suspect of reviews

I enjoyed our stay. The teenagers really enjoyed the Penthouse with access to the rooftop. I think that was the highlight of the trip! While there are a lot of steps to take, the stay was comfortable. The temperature in the lower level bedroom was a little but not too unbearable.
