"The check in was easy. The 2 bedroom cottage with lake view was very clean and provided everything we needed.The shower water pressure was amazing. There was air con in the living area. All kitchen appliances were provided. There was a washing machine and dryer. It was an extremely present stay. The only thing I would have liked was curtains or blinds in the bedrooms as the ones there were very sheer and the sunlight coming through in the morning made it difficult to sleep past sunrise. "

"I would have stayed a week if I could have! More time to enjoy more cups of tea on the deck with the sound of birdsong and the gently flowing river below. This place is idyllic. Feels like the most secluded, peaceful place, but 5 minutes drive from the nearest pub or bakery. The owners were helpfully responsive to my email enquiry before our stay, but left us alone to enjoy the experience when we were there. The cottages are well away from the house and the garden is designed so that the cottages are fairly private from each other. "

"I stayed with my parents and my daughters and we had a lovely time. The property was fabulous and peaceful, with a very well equipped kitchen & was well looked after, clean & warm. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of space. Clyde & Casey were very cute and the fire pit outside was a highlight for the kids. Elsa was a very helpful host & we would happily stay again. "

"We had an amazing three-day glamping trip that was the perfect mix of comfort, nature, and fun! The tents were beautifully set up with lovely Lillypond views and had everything we needed — a great blend of value and luxury.Our kids had an unforgettable time, especially with Ollie, the lovely, kid-friendly dog who loved chasing after the ball. Kids also enjoyed the indoor games, pool table (used in our own unique way!), visiting farm animals, and just being together outdoors. Big thanks to our wonderful hosts, Simon and Kelli, who made sure everything was perfect and took such great care of us. We even had a little adventure on the way home with rain, overflowing creeks, and tree branches — but it only added to the memories.Highly recommend this place for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing, fun-filled, and memorable glamping experience.
