"Cleaning staff would say she cleaned take out old stuff and not replace towels or toilet paper. You would go to front desk they would give you the items but insist the room was made over. Beds were not comfortable. 5 days scheduled only ended up staying 3. Front desk was good mildly disappointed."

"Our stay at Hampton Inn was disappointing overall. The AC was not working properly during the night. A staff member came to check it, but the room still stayed very warm. The thermostat was set to 72, and even the fan air felt warm instead of cool, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The bathroom exhaust fan was also not working. In the morning, we went for breakfast around 9:30 AM, but there was hardly anything left available. The staff was polite and did try to help, but the room maintenance and breakfast experience need improvement."

"Our stay wasn't long enough to fully enjoy all of amenities available. Sadly there were technical issues with the hot tub that we weren't there long enough to address but overall such a great rental; the place was spotless and the host was very responsive and attentive. My wife and I are excited and hopeful to stay there again soon!"

"Food was great. Room was ok. But we didnt have any internet access. Our room was a black hole. The room next had internet. But not us. They gave us a number to a tech guy but after an hour there was still no solution. We were not offered a different room until we complained at check-out to a different staff member.. too little.. too late"
