When we had to walk to the hotel we were bit worried because we been on 12 hour day trip before arrived. Once we reached the hotel we were so happy. Our luggage’s were already there. Receptionist was very friendly. Stayed in another hotel before come here and staff was very rude. I thought generally people working in hotels are rude😃 But I was wrong Swiss people are soo nice and helpful. So many people helped us to find things
Breakfast was good. There were two gentlemen worked in the morning they were so friendly and helpful. Stunning view from the bedroom and tower.
I’m so glad I booked this hotel. Overall everything was perfect. I will definitely return.

Truly enjoyed my 5-day stay here. The room was clean, cozy and equipped with basic necessities ( kettle, fridge, TV, hairdryer) and the bed was comfortable. There are many great restaurants and shops nearby. It’s only 3 minutes away from Winterthur train station which can take you to Zurich Central in 20 minutes. They cleaned my room and changed my towels every 2 days. I will stay here again when I visit Zurich.

"Very convenient location to restaurants and shopping. The room has a ceiling fan, which is great since there is no central AC (common for Europe)."

9/10 Wonderful! (594 reviews)
"Hotel was nice, smaller, rooms were clean and cute, bed was really small. Apparently the only ‘normal’ size bed is in their suites. My wife and I are both slender people and barely fit on the bed. I think the hotel calls it "intimate sized for couples." ;) Room had a refrigerator and kettle (which ..."
