"Such a pretty spot! It’s rustic enough to make it feel like a true get-away. We booked this when rain interfered with camping plans. There is much to do within driving distance including fishing and hiking. We brought our pups who enjoyed the deck and yard. There were two other structures right there, so if the owner happens to rent those out too (unknown to me), then you’ll have neighbors. There was a delicious, real home cooked breakfast each morning, and he provides great recommendations for dining, and desserts, all just a short drive from the property."

"The accommodations and friendly Staff were very Good. The Hotel exterior needs to be freshly painted for better appearance and the driveway and parking lot is FULL of very LARGE Potholes needing to be repaved. Our Room was very clean and the beds were Very comfortable I slept very well each night. Room rates were competitive. The Location is very convenient to state highway access and to Oneonta Downtown Restaurants which we really enjoyed as well as Cooperstown All Star Village which we visited during our 5 night stay. Again, we LOVED the Room decor and the Friendly Staff."

"Very nice very quiet. The atmosphere outside is beautiful. We have great breakfast in the morning. The people that work. There are all very nice walking through the halls. Everyone agreed to it’s a nice place to stay at if you ever get the chance."

"Stayed for a Father’s Day weekend with a buddy to fly fish. The cabin was perfect, as was the location. The property makes it seem as if you’re in a remote location, but it’s a 3 minute drive into town. The land itself is beautiful, and really well kept. As for the cabin, it was perfect. Clean, comfortable and with everything you’d need. Its location to the river system was great, and we couldn’t have asked for more.."
