The location is excellent, very convenient, close to everything with minutes walking. The room was old and small , no hair dryer . The staffs were nice and helpful.

Good one bedroom apartment but I had lots of trouble with the shared laundry. Melbourne was couple of days stopover before and after another trip so I had 2 loads to wash. Coincidentally one washer and dryer weren’t working causing others to trip and turn off. It was remedied on the day but with communal laundry, I had to kept going to the laundry to check a vacant machine. That process itself took me 3-4 hours, time I could’ve being out and about. Hotel need to manage laundry usage better whether it’s putting up signs for people to take their laundry from machine on time or limit cycle length.
