「This is an amazing rental. We had a large group in town for reunion weekend and everyone loved the property! The host was extremely communicative, leading up to the stay, during the stay, and through checkout. The hot tub and back deck area, including the grill made for great afternoons and evenings. Lots of communal space inside and out. They even had fresh baked cookies waiting for us at check-in. Everyone in the group asked if we could book this again for our next visit.」

「The property was designed for a party group. It was clean but there was a broken hot tub in the yard and lots of drinking games in the closet. We did not get the check-in information until the day off and that was challenging.」

「The true mark of a good host is how things are handled when something unexpected and out of their control happens. During our stay, the sump pump failed, resulting in some minor flooding in the basement. The host was in constant contact throughout the process, acted promptly and brought in professionals within minutes of becoming aware of the problem, and worked with us seamlessly when we found out that it would take several days of repairs to restore the property and facilitated us moving...

「The Rockny House had everything we were looking for, to bad it went bye so fast. The spacious rooms were inviting with all of the fresh white linens & well lite when curtains were open. Large dinner table was great for preparations as the hours ticked bye always having a wide selection of options to snack on helped to fuel our ideas for the basement of fun where the children made sure to exercise there freedom to lounge in the cinema. 「We were disappointed. We were delayed checking in by 3 hours due to prior people trashing the place; we do not hold that against the host, they communicated with us. There were only 5 towels for 5 people staying 4 days , no kitchen towels at all and the white bath towels had brown stains. They did bring us additional towels and some kitchen towels. The yard was overgrown and still had some trash in it so we did not sit out back. The place does have AC which worked fine downstairs but no air...
