The location is perfect and the beach access was wonderful and easy for seniors to use. The kitchen pots and pans could use replacing but we managed just fine. The things that were less pleasant were not forseeable and certainly not controllable by the management. The home next door is also a rental and shares the entrance from the highway. The guests there could have been a bit quieter but it didn’t ruin our stay. The home to the left is having work done and again, distracting, but won’t ruin the experience. This is a lovely, pet friendly home, very, very comfortable. The decks are perfect for enjoying the sunrise with a cup of tea or coffee and the beach area is breathtaking.

Perfect Oceanside Getaway

This is our second time staying at this oceanside home. The location is perfect for us—steps away from a quiet beach, yet a few minutes easy drive to the Green Salmon coffee/tea house and many other restaurants, stores and shops, not to mention all the trails and parks to explore. With 2 bedrooms, both with adjoining bathrooms, we were more than comfortable after an evening of stargazing from the hot tub. We look forward to our next visit!

Beautiful view and easy beach access

This is a two bedroom home with a small kitchen and great access to a huge beach. The only downside which is a small downside is there were stickers in the backyard on the way to the path to the beach. So we had to carry our dog from the deck to the path. Luckily, our Dad dog is 16 pounds. That truly is a small price to pay for such a nice proximity to the beach.

It is a great place for dogs and direct access to beach. You aren't able to open the back bedroom windows (broken), but was provided fans.

Waldport beach house

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this rental. The beach access was the best we have had after many trips to the Central Oregon Coast. Long beautiful beach. The house had everything we needed, including the hot tub. The rental company was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Great spot

This is our second stay in three years and we really enjoy the property. The two bedrooms with separate bathrooms worked out well. The beach is right out the back door. A great beach for long walks. Very convenient to shopping, groceries and dining. Beware, the local grocery store in Waldport is very expensive. They want $3.89 for a bell pepper. Much better shopping at the Fred Meyers in Newport. Looking forward to next year.

Quiet Getaway

We stayed here for 4 nights celebrating our 50th Anniversary. The house was comfortable but could really use some updating and maintenance. The grill was in horrible condition so we didn't even bother using it. The view from the windows and deck is amazing and you can hear the ocean from the house. Short private trail to the beach but a little walk to the water. We saw at least 15 whales go by from the living room window on the evening of our anniversary. Pretty much had the beach to ourselves. Great Mexican food at Azuls and delicious Blackberry Daiquiris. Property manager was very helpful.

Cute cottage on the beach

We loved the location of the house and its easy access to the beach. There were plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. The hot tub was clean and hot. My daughters and I enjoyed it every day. The location was fairly close to Waldport so it was a quick jaunt into town for groceries or eating out. Our only complaint about the place is the hedge on the back porch was so high we could not see the ocean when we were sitting on the back deck. If it had been trimmed down below the railing height the view would have been phenomenal. We'd certainly stay here again but would check to make sure the hedge has been trimmed first.

Idyllic Beach Getaway

Place was a short one minute walk from a wonderful broad and long beach. House was clean and comfy. Hot tub worked great. We were close to some great attractions like the aquarium . If we had not had the two year olds would have gone hiking on some of the forest trails nearby. Would recommend this place anytime.

Not spectacular

My family and I stayed here because they really make it sound amazing. It would be amazing if they update the beds, handle the funkie smell in the fridge/freezer, and "old" smell throughout the home. The beds were truely horrible. The hidabeds they have is like your really trying to sleep on the bars without the mattress, the room with the ocean view was hard and if your a mover its a squeaker, and the room without the ocean view the bed was very springy. I know it sounds like a rant fest, but people should know this. The hottub was great! The distance to the beach was great. If you ask some of the family I went with they would say the view isnt that great due to the bushes being so tall. The yard did have a couple spots where we found stickers. So if your taking kids or dogs thought you should know.

Beautiful memories

We absolutely loved everything about this place property manager was awesome they were easy to contact and very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed making the best memories here with my elderly mother and my sister and our dogs. We loved how easy beach access was we loved the privacy of the hot tub it was nice and hot! Thank you for having us and hope to be back again soon! ❤️ I would recommend this location.

Lovely view

We love Yachats! This house has nice big windows to view the ocean. The beach is right down a short path and very few people there. Saw an amazing amount of stars from the hot tub. Clean and had everything you need. Very close to town which has great restaurants. Would love to stay again.

Amazing beach front

Very comfortable for a family get together. We enjoyed having the beach only steps away. After a trip to Newport for the aquarium and dinner at the Rogue brewery it was back to relax in the hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to be back.

A Favorite

The property met and exceeded all our expectations. It was very clean, in a quiet location with a great view and access to the beach and ocean, and very private with comfortable furnishes. We would like to visit again, so please don't get your reservation in ahead of ours.
