"This is a great spot for a hotel. There’s a small beach area and a large outdoor space with fire pits, chairs, benches, and tables, all overlooking the bay. The rooms are very nice. There’s no AC, but each room has a fan. The pool is closed and doesn’t look like it will reopen. I was told you can use the pool and hot tub next door at the sister property, so be sure to ask if that’s important to you. The man at the front desk is fantastic — friendly, helpful, and really welcoming. The hotel is priced well for a weekend stay. If they keep being well price we will be back. (7-17-19-2026) "

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is located on Big Stump Beach and it is a relatively quiet beach. The views are spectacular and people walking and enjoying the beach are low key and friendly. The house is a bit rustic and the kitchen small but serviceable. Perfect for two with a dog."

"The views are worth it all! The property could use TLC. The furniture was very stained and worn, but again you cannot beat the views. My family and I tried to leave the property even better than how it was left for us. I hope the next guest can rest assured that we wiped down some extra surfaces and got all the sand out. Overall our stay was good but with a slightly cleaner property it would have been excellent! I would still recommend."

"Older, and spotless, and comfy home. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well supplied with pans, dishes, and drinkware, plus plenty of tools. Great selection of books and 2 enormous TV's. Just across the street from the house is an access to the ocean beach. Quiet, a great place to recharge! We hope to return."
