「Family came for my daughter’s graduation from Georgetown. This place was spacious and beds were comfortable. The only two things not up to par was the air conditioning vent in the living room was gross, we had to wash black stuff off several times. And The refrigerator/ice maker was extremely loud. 「The condo is spacious and was comfortable for a 10-day stay. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the location was conveniently situated between Baltimore and Washington.」

「Location location location! This comfortable condo is in our favorite part of Annapolis, Eastport, just across the drawbridge from Main Street, Ego Alley, and the USNA. It is a great destination for walkers (and others - free easy parking). We made use of the kitchen for a couple of dinners. There are also amazing views from the rooftop. Thanks!」

「Great location and easy parking next to the secure door of your unit. Just steps up to a well decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath, living room, dinning area, terrific kitchen, and hall living quaters. Step outside and you can walk to Jarretts art gallery, little wine shop, a play house, an art boutique and oriental Tai food. Beach is 1 block away with new resturants and High Tides has great bands playing on the weekends. Just cant say enough about what a terrific stay we had. Enjoy!」

「Very nice space, looks like just renovated. Brand new kitchen appliances, great shower, convenient bed set up in the bedroom. Our family of 4 wife slept on big bed, 6 year old in the bunk, 3 year old on the trundle, and me on the couch. The TV in the main room is about 65 inches. Provided snacks and some sodas, plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. Host was very easy to contact and responded very quickly. A grocery store is in walking distance and train station is a mere 2 minutes driving....

Walkable to Crystal City metro which is a great station to get to all the activities you want to see in DC (about 15-20 min easy walk and trains about 15-20 minutes ride to the mall). Plus you are right by the Pentagon and Arlington National Cemetery. Beds as described, ample bedding and pillows for our group of five. 「Good Condo in Good Neighborhood」

「部屋が広くてよかったですが、清掃をしてもらえなかった日が一週間で2回ありました。」

「今回はモール中心に見学を予定していたので、近くてたすかりました。ただ歩道や道路を工事中が多くて、通りに杭場所が、ほこりが舞っていたところがありました。特に風が強い日だったので、少しこまりました。施設自体は、問題なしでした。」
