Room was ready when we arrived early than check in time. Room was clean, hotel has good service and amenities. People are friendly esp the people in the reception. I would stay this place again whenever I come to Zurich. Breakfast buffet was the best lot of choices.

The staff were polite. The room was not as clean, it was superficially clean, but not pristine. The Shower needs to be remodelled, as every time we shower we deal with a flood. The garage needs some updating, it’s a hassle to go to the front desk, get the key to leave, and then when coming back, we have to get out the car to get the garage opener from the front desk to go back to the car to enter the car garage.
