Lovely room, small but somehow spacious. Very clean, staff were lovely and the bed was super comfy. Really enjoyed our stay

A classy hotel well located by the Manchester Metropolitan University campus. The staff will go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The breakfast is varied and of quality. I would highly recommend this hotel!

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,003 reviews)
We were in an accessible room. It was brilliant. The bathroom and shower was fantastic. I could do everything myself. The only thing I would suggest is that the shower products be left near the shower and the hand-wash nearer the sink. Great to have all the products there but hard to access from the shower or sink.
The towels were amazing. Great quality and size and it was brilliant having flannels. Not many hotels provide flannels.
The staff were amazing. Always very friendly, opening doors and holding them. I will definitely be back. Thank you 😊

"It was a very tired hotel. Needs a birthday big time. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were too soft. There was yucky smell as you walked in which wasn’t very welcoming. Bathroom size was good and shower was also good. It was too hot and we worked out that was probably because of the indoor pool ..."

"The staffs are helpful! When we asked for a clean towel, they gave us instantaneously. The next evening, a staff member knocked on the door and offered us fresh towels. 5/5 for the staffs."
