We have stayed here many times. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and we really enjoy the little bottle of milk. Makes it perfect for a quick bite in the morning. (We do miss the cookies they use to give. :) )

We have stayed many incredible and beautiful places all over the world. Te Karaka Lodge is completely in a class by itself! Everything and everyone in this place is superb. There is not one little detail which is not lovingly cared for by the staff.
It is a gorgeous place in gorgeous surroundings. There were 4 of us and we were very sad not to be able to book a second night.
