  • I would not usually consider a garden a must-see experience, but I am really glad a local told us to visit Hamilton Gardens. The experience of wandering through a maze of hedges that open into perfectly cultivated gardens plucked complete from other countries and other eras was quite possibly the closest I will ever come to feeling like Alice in Wonderland come to life. You never know what magical sight waits around the next bend in the path.

Love the cleanliness, love the location, very handy to everything, the room has an excellent layout, and very comfortable!! The king size bed is 10/10! Check in experience was great! Everything about it makes me want to come back and stay here every time I come to Hamilton!

Stayed the night with my husband after a function at the near by club rooms. Easy walking distance. Comfortable bed, good sized room with everything you need. Just a little strange having to check in & collect your key at a different property. Otherwise a good stay, after travelling down from Auckland.

Nicely appointed room, excellent shower. Bit different having to go to a different address to check in, a wee bit stressful for out of towners. Could be improved with a bedside table and lamp on BOTH sides of the bed.
