Located in the desirable Waikoloa Village, fine dining and shopping are very close as well as amazing on-site amenities of the pool, hot tub, shuffle board, spacious patio with chaise lounge seating, and a pavilion with barbeque grills.
House rules
1. Quiet hours shall be from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m, during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
2. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
3. Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area.
4. The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.
5. Smoking is never allowed inside or outside the property.
6. Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
7. Pets are not allowed.
8. DAMAGE DEPOSI A $59.00 non-refundable damage waiver is required, please check rental agreement for complete details.
Parking Pass and Resort Rules:
A hanging parking tag is provided in the unit welcome binder for your use during your stay. Please display this tag from your rearview mirror at all times while parked on the property.

Kindly ensure the parking tag is returned to the unit prior to check-out.

Please note: A $75 fee will be charged by the resort for any missing or lost parking tag.
