A wonderful property.
Location excellent, house is great, only one criticism and it is minor is the lack of a decent pair of oven gloves, the dopey little silicone rubber things that ere their are worse then useless when moving a hot pan from the oven across the kitchen to the worktop. Just about the only thing I could get annoyed at!
I saw in the visitor book various suggestions about a shower down in the large utility room, and I agree that this would be a beneficial addition to an otherwise lovely house.
Beyond this, your "instruction leaflet" refers to council waste collections on a Tuesday morning, I dutifully put the rubbish out on Monday evening which was ignored as the wheelie bin is not a council bin and there is no timetable for the bin collections. The same leaflet also refers to the bottle-bank by the public toilets in Polzeath which apparently are removed out of season.
