Up to four guests and two canine companions can enjoy this coastal home surrounded by walking trails, beaches, cycling paths and quaint Cornish towns.


Step inside the property to find yourself in the airy open-plan lounge/diner with earthy-toned decor, an exposed stone feature wall, and two sets of glass patio doors. A wooden dining table with four chairs looks out onto the creek, and behind it is a lounge area with two sofas and a Smart TV. The neutral-toned, farmhouse-style kitchen boasts wooden countertops and everything else needed for a self-catered stay. Completing the interior is a well-equipped family shower room plus two coastal-themed bedrooms – a king-size and a twin zip-and-link. Outside is a private courtyard with furniture and private parking for one car.


During your stay in Little Petherick, you’ll have a restaurant just 1 mile away and plenty of walking trails through the quiet Petherick Valley (1 mile). Head to Padstow (3 miles) to browse the independent shops, sample some freshly caught seafood or hop on a boat from the harbour. You could also hire bikes and check out the Camel Cycle Trail (3 miles). Walk along the windswept coastal path around the Seven Bays and stop at Harlyn Beach, National Trust Trevose Headland, and Carnewas at Bedruthan along the way (all within 8 miles).
