The Space:
This cozy home is constructed from a 40' shipping container. With 1 bedroom and one bath along with a bean bag floor mattress this home can sleep up to 4 people. Get a good nights rest in the super comfy Tuft and Needle queen size mattress. Equipped with a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge and single burner cooktop. Step up to the upstairs balcony to unwind and watch the sunset from your own lounge chairs.

My husband & I spent 2 nights at the property, while we toured Waco. Enjoyed meeting the friendly people of the surrounding community, and driving the back roads taking in the vast farmland.

Peace and quiet

The rental was clean. The area was peaceful and quiet. We got to enjoy the sunset on top of the roof of the tiny home. Instructions and communication was on point. Would definitely stay again.

Happily cramped

Very nice and novel idea. Probably more suitable for 2 people than the advertised 4 even if the others are children. Minor problem with door code but was rectified very quickly by property manager. Unit is located on nice farm property that should be more publicized. Homestead Village staff were very nice and attentive to our needs and Waffle Company breakfast was delicious.

Very nice and comfortable

Everything was great the place was clean and decorated very nicely if I could change anything about the container tiny home is wish it had a stove top, but there are plenty of local eateries with in the homestead!

Love it!

This place was amazing, other than the knife we found blade up in the kitchen utensil holder. Was a little scary after he just recently sliced the tip of his thumb off. We loved this cute property!
