"Incredible stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much to ask. I felt cared for and looked after. The hotel is stunning. The gym and wellness centre is immaculate the best in any hotel. The gym is fully equipped for any type of training including hyrox and crossfit with helpful and willing trainers available. What a wonderful stay!"

"I’ve stayed at 100s of 5-star hotels over the years, but the hospitality at Pullman Aerocity just stood out. The staff were exceptional, warm, attentive and helpful 24/7. The entire experience, from the airport pickup and seamless check-in to handling all my luggage, was effortless. I was travelling with my dog, which can sometimes make hotel stays a little complicated, but here it was incredibly easy. They were literalg pet-friendly and even had a separate chef-curated menu for dogs, which was such a lovely touch. The food was another highlight. Hotel buffets, even at 5-star properties, can sometimes feel average, but everything I tried here was genuinely good with an incredible variety. The rooms and facilities were squeaky clean and the spa, pool and gym make it just as good for a staycation. It’s also only about 10-15 minutes from the airport, which makes it extremely convenient. Great hospitality, great food, great facilities and excellent value for money. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
