Absolutely amazing resprt and I would love to go back again. The only drawback is that it's too far from Da Nang in a Hue and the area seemed bit too remote. The cab service might take some time but the resort has their own travel agencies to arrange the cab but little bit more expensive than the regular options.

The hotel looked nice but the inside room was out dated. The staffs wasn’t smiling, making us feel like we’re not welcomed there. We stayed there two nights and three days and the staffs were not customer service oriented.

"I booked a family room with 2 beds for my family for a night in Hue. Nothing too bad but absolutely not a good choice. Pros: The hotel is located right next to the river, so the atmosphere is great.
