Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, blitzblank sauber und hat wirklich alles was man brauchen kann. Das besondere ist, dass es zwei Wohnungen sind. So hat man trotz gemeinsamer Reise, dennoch etwas Privatsphäre. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. "Mikel was a fantastic host—check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and we were even upgraded to a larger apartment. The place is very new, fully equipped, and made us feel completely at home during our two-night stay. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Korzo and just a 15-minute walk to the central bus station, with plenty of dining options nearby. Highly recommended if you're visiting Rijeka!"

"A very nice apartment, clean and at a quiet place. Near to Labin and near to the sea (Rabac or Duga Luka). We had a great time in Labin.Communication with the owner was perfect- a very kind person!A clear recommendation!"

"We stayed in this holiday accommodation for 2 weeks in July 2023 - parents with 2 x grown up sons and a 5 yr old grandson. The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Rooms were very clean, kitchen had excellent pans and plenty of china and the new large TV took an HDMI cable so we were able to watch a couple of English films in the evenings. The pool and outdoor space was wonderful and includes outdoor play swings etc for young children. There is a large choice of pebbly beaches around 35-40...

"It was a very nice house with pool. Just like the pictures. We stayed for 1 week in oktober 2023. The weather was nice with 2 days of rain. We actually make use of the pool. This was still open. The house had everything you need for a nice stay. The owners are very friendly. Even our dog was let to stay in the house (above 24 kg). We make day trips to other city’s. Because Labin is beside the old town not so interesting for us. Thank you to the owner for the nice welcome and stay."

Everything in it is VERY OLD, the bedding and linens were from the last century. They were all paper thin and smelled. Both of us had bites all over in the morning. Bed bugs??? The wall at the end of the tub leaked resulting in a flood which we had to clean up in the morning. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!"
