Lovely apartment in Vodnjan

This beautiful holiday apartment is located in the town of Vodnjan, which has an old town with ancient buildings. The tastefully furnished interior on the ground floor consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with living room.



The terrace is directly connected to the outdoor kitchen, where you can spend many hours outdoors in the shade. The property has a pool with a sunbathing area, and there is a children's play area for the little ones. The pool is heated and is ideal for guests who want to spend their holiday away from the main season and the summer hustle and bustle.



Vodnjan is known for its church of St. Blaise where you can see well-preserved mummified bodies of three saints as well as for the production of excellent olive oil. The nearest beaches are in Fazana, from where you can take a boat to the Brijuni National Park.

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus.

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus.Wir waren 3 Familien mit 12 Personen und hatten genug Platz.Der Poolbereich mit der sehr gut geschützten Terrasse und großem Tisch ist perfekt :)Ein paar Essensmöglichkeiten sowie eine Bäckerei und kleiner Lebensmittelshop sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.Empfehlung: Fischgerichte im Restaurant Maslina ;)Ansonsten ist man auch innerhalb von 15 bis 20 Minuten in Pula oder einigen anderen Küstenorten.

Haus ist perfekt für 2 Familien.Besitzer sind sehr nett und bemüht, bei Problemen wird schnell geholfen. Im Ort selber ist das wichtigste fussläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar, Bäcker, Lebensmittel, Restaurants, alles da . Der Strand von Fazana ist mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Eigentümer sind super freundlich und wohnen gleich nebenan.Wenn etwas fehlt oder Fragen sind wird sofort geholfen. Längere Grillabende bis in die Nacht waren kein Problem. Wir waren mit 3 Familien und insgesamt 12 Personen vor Ort. Alle waren vom Ferienhaus begeistert. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt und geprüft. Im kleinen Ort Vodnjan geht es deutlich ruhiger zu, als in den Hotspots. Trotzdem ist alles erhältlich. Es gibt gleich um die Ecke einen super Bäcker und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Ein größerer Supermarkt und 2 Tankstellen sind auch im Ort. Allerdings ist es zu empfehlen größere Einkäufe bei Lidl in Pula zu machen.

Zeer fijn verblijf gehad hier alles goed schoon en netjes,In en uitchecken ging soepel en fijn, was er iets op of er ontbrak wat in het huis hoefde we maar een appje te sturen en kwamen ze het brengen helemaal top!

Moderne hus med gode fasiliteter. Fin beliggenhet med gåavstand til bakeri, butikk og restaurant. Fine omgivelser for gåturer. Veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig vertskap som svarte raskt på henvendelser fra oss. Aircondition i huset fungerte utmerket. Litt lite utstyr på kjøkkenet, slik som glass, boller, tallerkener, salt og pepper, bakepapir. Man må påregne å kjøpe inn det man trenger. Vi kan varmt anbefale å bo i dette huset i Vodnjan :)
