The staff was great and very helpful. I checked in they gave me a room and a parking spot however when I went to park my car there was already a car there then I went to the room and the keys didn’t work so I had to go back downstairs. The host was kind enough to reprogram the keys and go with us to the room which I’m glad she did BECAUSE SOMEONE WAS ALREADY in that room. But the host got on top of it asap and we ended up in another room down the hall. The pool still isn’t opened which was a bummer. Overall a good stay.
