Everything was great, except for non closing glass bathroom door. Otherwise highly recommend as staff was super nice and helpful, very clean hotel.

Stayed here before. The only reason for downgrading 4 star to 5 star was the airport transportation. I had it added to my bill and was no issue arriving. However when departing at the last minute the woman checking me out said they don’t add airport transfers to bill. I had to pay the driver directly. Fortunately the driver accepted card or I wouldn’t have paid him. If the hotel has new policy on transfers mid stay it should be made aware to guests. Will stay elsewhere next time in Budapest. Although breakfast was still great.
