"I should have read the room description closer, but the spa suite no longer has a jacuzzi tub. I was disappointed our room was shorted acoffe pid. We asked the front desk for more so we would have it in the morning. It never arrived. The drain in the shower was clogged. I thought it was kind of cheap of the hotel to charge $25 to check in an hour early. I'm the past, if the room was ready and you arrived a little early, it wasn't am issue. Most importantly, we hated the kiosk check in. It didn't work, and we had to get a person to help anyway. Very impersonal and apopr wsy to do business. "

"The room was really warm even with the air turned down to 65 and fan on high. The blankets were very noisy making a crinkling noise with every move and no fan in the bathroom. "
