Additional Information

The house heating is 20 Euros per day, payable directly to the owner.
The tax amount is set at 1.50 Euros per night per person. The tax is
payable for up to a maximum of 6 consecutive nights. Children under 14
years old are exempt from this tax. This is paid upon arrival to the
local agent. Three of the first-floor bedrooms are equipped with air
conditioning units. An additional charge of €20 per day applies for the
usage , payable directly to the local agent.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
