Một trải nghiệm nghỉ dưỡng đáng nhớ」

「The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well situated, close to shopping and transport. We would definitely stay there again.」

「Shampoo was not in toilet. Cleanliness of property leaves much to be desired. Air-con in the master bedroom is not cool. The kitchen has nothing, no utensils. The worst part is that the amenities, pool, spa mentioned in the listing do not exist in the building! I was told that you have to pay 60VND per head count to go to another building. The person in charge don’t even bother to explain clearly on how to get there. He just handed the keys and left in a hurry. This is an extremely misleading...

「The apartment is in a great location with a mall in the ground floor and a view of the ocean from the balcony. Bad thing is the apartment had a TON of ants. There was a trail of ants crawling from the floor to the dining table and when we checked out we found an entire swarm of ants under one of our luggages.」

「Fantastic location, across the road from the beach and part of shopping mall so easy access to supermarket and restaurants. Apartment was very nice, they sent a cleaner every 3 days, which was really great. Host was very quick to respond to communication and requests. We asked for extra bedding for our third child and they quickly delivered. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! *Note, there is a fee to use the pool facilities. 」
