「We enjoyed the location of this cute rental. It feels very central to many sites, shops and restaurants. Metro is nearby too. The apartment is quite small, as advertised. The sofa in the sitting area is average (a bit hard, stained upholstery) but we were not in the apartment much. We never figured out how to work the TV despite the video tutorials. Wifi is good. The bed is actually very comfortable and bathroom is spacious and functional. Maybe add a shelf or spot for travelers’ toiletries. 」

「Honestly, if location is all that matters, this is the place. Its location is incredible. With that said, the fold-out bed is very uncomfortable; the shower takes a long time to drain; the bathroom is cramped; and the owners tried to charge me half of my security deposit, saying they had paid me in full, which was not the case. Choose this property at your own risk.」

The apartment itself is lovely, comfortable, and well-suited for a family stay. 「Photos are accurate in the listing and overall great stay. Beds are comfortable and quite clean. Location is absolutely perfect. Host Responsiveness is very quick. The key pick up location is a 10 minute walk so pick up the keys before you arrive at the property. No laundry detergent nor shampoo is provided.」

「Great communication from David and loved the flexibility in allowing us to drop off our luggage before checkin. Good location for the price, however, as others have mentioned, the room smelled quite musty. I’m unsure if it was due to the rain when we were there, but there were ants everywhere. They crawled onto the sofa bed and the side table (even when we didn’t have food on the table), making it a quite uncomfortable and disappointing stay.」

「Check-in was challenging having to pick up the key from another location. The unit and location were okay but the owner needs to mention in the ad that there is no air-conditioning especially when there is a heatwave in Paris. The first night was brutal due to the heat, then power went out the next morning so we left and got a room instead at the Hyatt down the street for the remaining 3 nights that we had the apartment for and never went back to the apartment. Oh well, money wasted on the...
