「I wanted to give this a 5 start rating, but unfortunately just can't. It's in such a wonderful location, with public transit accessible to go in any direction a tourist would want. The space inside was lovely despite a slight chunk of paint missing from the wall(doesn't bother me). Something i didn't see in any review was the mentioning of this apartments extremely musty smell. Because the bathroom is so small and without ventilation, it all leaks into the apartment and sticks around, even with...

「Fantastic Marias location. The room was everything I needed - especially for a solo traveller. About a 10 min walk to station, easy walk to lots of sites. Lots of local food shops and a supermarket 20 seconds walk away.」

「The apartment was within walking distance of a lot that my group and I wanted to see, like the Louvre for example. Easy access to bus stops / train stations as well. The apartment has lots of windows so it helped to keep cool. The staff were super responsive and responded quickly. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to paris.」

「Clean, great location near many restaurants and metro. Would stay there again. The challenge was getting luggage up and down 5 flights of a spiral staircase. Kept us in shape from the good food.」

The shower was clogged, there was a lagoon every time we shower and had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the apartment looked poorly maintained and as though it was not well cared for.
