「The location is good. There are a lot of nice grocery stores and traiteurs. The owner was very kind and good person. Since it was a10day stay, I would have liked to have had the room cleaned and bed linens changed during our stay. There are restaurants on the ground floor and some people are noisy late at night.」

「First floor apartment with a small lift in an area with many dining options, several metro stops and walkable to Nôtre Dane, Louvre and many sites. Rooms very clean and dishwasher, washing machine and dryer used with ease. Two sofa beds in the living room we used for the five of us. Two beds with very, very firm mattresses. Like many Parisian apartments, very small and keeping luggage in the lounge was the only option as the rooms only fit a bed. Instructions for the key very well presented....

「My family of 5 adults stayed there for 4 nights while celebrating a wedding near by. The area was great, there are 2 metro stations 8/9 within a couple of blocks or less. Great dining options near by. The 3rd is the place, close enough to all the attractions by far enough to feel like you are part of the everyday life in Paris. Queen Beds are comfortable and the pull out couch bed was a real bed not like some of the hotels in the USA. We had to contact the host for a very minor question and they...

「Fit for purpose apartment with an outstanding view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. Being on the seventh floor were grateful for the elevator!」

「Very nice apartment. Comfortable and very quiet. Good communication with owner. Amenities, linens, bedding very good. One word of caution - the apartment is in an area that is secured after 7:30 pm, and only one of the 5 entries to the area is available, and it seems to change each night. Check with owner on details.」

「Cozy apartment in a vibrant neighborhood. Perfect for a family of 5. Many attractions within easy walking distance (Louvre, Notre Dame) and close to a metro / train stop for the airport, Monmarte, the Eiffel Tower, and Versailles. 」
