This former detached barn, completely renovated with passion, is located near the owners' house, in the heart of the typical Breton marshlands. A pond at the foot of the gîte's terrace (partially secured), which is shared by the owners, and an unfenced outdoor space of 1 hectare, with superb views of the marshes. A small private terrace off the kitchen. Secure parking with an electric gate.
Ground floor: living room with an open, workshop-style kitchen (induction hob).
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with a shower room/toilet (1: 160x200 cm bed, 2: 3 90x190 cm beds). A washing machine and dryer are located in an outdoor area.
Above-ground pool shared with the owners, open from May to September 15th.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, pinball machine, DVD player, radio/CD player, and baby equipment.
Not included: Electric heating, electricity, sheets (€48 for a double bed and €23 for each single bed), towels (€25 per person), mandatory cleaning fee (€85), and tourist tax.
