Las habitaciones son grandes y bastante independientes, lo que no me gustó fue que se dejaron una botella de agua y nos faltaban dos toallas grandes, la cama no era de matrimonio, eran dos unidas y una chica de recepción desagradable

No es un 4 estrellas.

Las 4 estrellas se quedan grandes. Hoy en día le darían 2. La zona de spa no es tal, hay una piscina a la que Le faltan racholas y un jacuzzi, las duchas del gimnasio parecen las de un colegio abandonado. La limpieza en las habitaciones se nota que no se paran mucho a hacerla, la puerta del mini bar se me quedaba pegada y la sensación de las habitaciones es de abandono.

La presión del agua fatal, el agua de la ducha salía unas veces helada y otras hirviendo. La calefacción estaba a 29 grados y no se podía cambiar, para dormir tuve que abrir la ventana. En recepción al hacer c/o y explicárselo no me cobraron el parking, muy simpáticos y profesionales. La propiedad debería tomar medidas con estas incidencias, sobre todo por que la última vez que nos alojamos aquí( hace mas de un año) ya pasaban estas cosas.

Football fun

Went to watch villarreal play football. Hotels was great but city itself was very disappointing. However it was a good trip overall.

We used this as an overnight stop on our way south. It was easy to find from the motorway. The staff were friendly and the hotel clean. We ate dinner in the hotel which was excellent and good value for money. There is plenty of secure underground parking and also a gymn and spa at no extra charge. Good value for money. The hotel is opposite to a large Carrefour store.
