"A roach crawled up my leg when I was sitting in the lobby waiting for them to do shift change so I could check in. There was no hot breakfast when we were booked to stay on 03/14/26, despite what hotels.com said. They only put out premade packages of muffins at the front desk, and they only told us this AFTER I checked in and asked where the breakfast was located. I handed the keys back and asked for a refund, and the front desk told me that I could get one but had to do it through hotels.com, but when their customer support called the hotel I was told that their staff refused my refund, so now I'm waiting for a charge back on my card. Huge headache. You should spend slightly more and go with a much nicer hotel."
