"We booked a King Size Suite with Sofa bed. We got a king size bed in a small room with only one night stand. There was no consideration to the comfort. In addition to missing a night stand, there was a pedastal sink with absoultely no room for toiletries in the bathroom. It's a large bathroom with plenty of room for a table for guests to use. Also, the hair dryer was filthy! I understand this is an old hotel, but not receiving the room we booked and paid for was totally disappointing! I would not recommend this hotel."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Emerald family house. The neighborhood was not the best but we were never afraid being there by any means. The yard had very little grass at the time we were there but the inside of the house was nice. Very clean and well maintained. The beds were clean and comfy. The kitchen was stocked with some necessary items like coffee, water etc. it was a fine place to stay. "

"We would have liked to have seen a measuring cup or tablespoon measure for making coffee and needed more plates. Also, the tub is very slick with no grip strips of any kind, a bit scary for showering. We did find the host very responsive for a bed issue which they attended to promptly "

"Arrived at the house 10 minutes after agreed check in time, but had not received instructions on how to access the property. The cleaning stuff was still there though and let us in. Upon entering the house a strong smell of marijuana was present. The host was quick to respond and expressed he would look into it. Unfortunately for us we had to smell it a couple days making hanging out at the house miserable. The neighborhood was quiet and beds were sufficient. Not many toiletries provided and soap was almost empty for hand washing, so may want to bring your own. Facet in second bath and toilet paper holder needs repairs. "

"Host was great to work with. Very attentive, responding to messages in less than 10 mins every time, and in many cases, immediately. We had trouble with getting the Super Bowl on the TV and he came over on set us up a trial Hulu Live account so that we could watch with my family. Place was beautiful, spotless and well accommodated, including snacks and coffee. Very good location as well. About 3 miles from Mt Dora but still very close while also easy access to all of the restaurants and retail in Eustis. We plan to return for our future stays in the area."
