We had to ask after being there for 3 full days (going on 4) for housekeeping to come in and change bedding and give more towels. Front desk was very nice along with kitchen staff during the continental breakfast. However, the hot items on the breakfast weren’t good and were barely warm. I didn’t expect much from a continental breakfast but the eggs were very powdery.

I really enjoyed my stay. Rooms were nice hot tub and pool was huge. Dusty's food was delicious. And I cant' remember the security guards name but he was sooo nice. 10/10 We will be back with the kids next time around.

The staff was very accommodating when we asked to change rooms. Our first room was very old and the capet was stained and in terrible condition the screen was hanging off of the slider to the balcony and the security latch to the door fell off.
