"Hotel Antico Moro was average at best. The woman at check-in was a bit rude and unwelcoming, though the gentleman later on was more polite and helpful. The room was basic and fine for a night’s rest, but not somewhere you’d want to stay longer. Decent if you just need a quick stop to sleep, nothing more."

"Great location and transportation options available. Breakfast was excellent. The receptionist did her job of checking us in and informing us of breakfast time and that was it! She didn't offer information on how the room lights worked or orovide any information on area attractions and navigation options. "

"We stayed here 18 years ago and not much has changed in terms of bedding/decor. There have been some updates as one of our rooms had a new bathroom while the other one was original, but same bedspreads and curtains from our first visit. It was clean. Breakfast and service were very good. "

"All together, we enjoyed staying in that hotel. The beds are really convinient. We were satisfied with the receptionists, who were on duty 7/24 and helped a lot (public transport, venice tax, getting back to airport etc.). The hotel is 5-min-walk to a tram which takes you to Venice within 30min I mainly recommend the place for those, who prefers sightseeing and not that sitting in a hotel all day type. "

While accessing Venice from the location can be a bit challenging, the surrounding area felt safe. "
