「Away from the centre of the village, surrounded by mountains, we had a lovely view from our balcony of a field with donkeys grazing and a small chapel at the far end of the valley. It is quite a hike from the hotel to the lake. If you’re a hiker, then this is the place for you. The dinner was expensive and mediocre. I do not recommend the half-board plan. Breakfast was okay, very limited choices. They benefit from the high tourist numbers obviously reflected in the limited value for money...

「This hotel is fantasic. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. The rooms are very up to date and the mountain views are spectacular. The dinner we had was exquisite. The only issue we had is a church bell. That thing goes off all night and it's loud. I'm not too bothered by that stuff, but my wife slept poorly even with earplugs. Parking there is great. It's free and there is plenty of space.」

「BE CAREFUL! I booked this hotel for three nights back on August 27 of 2025, several months in advance of my Feb. 16th, 2026 check-in date. The agreed upon rate after tax was C$2,690.40. At time of checkout, the hotel charged me €2690.40. When I brought this back up with the hotel, they denied responsibility. This is a corrupt business which lacks integrity, and will take every opportunity to try and take advantage of its unsuspecting clients. Predatory. Transactional.」
