"This site is definitely off the beaten track but not far from Cefalu where we went to visit. When we checked in the host told us about an local festival going on that evening so we walked the 8 minutes to the site of then festival and were able to sample some of the local cuisine. "Gorgeous location and views. Rooms are huge, as are the patios. Not luxurious appointments, but comfortable enough. The beach is rocky, but the swimming and snorkeling is excellent. Lots of steps everywhere! Breakfast and lunch aren’t fancy but we’re very tasty. It did take them 3 nights to fix the A/c in my kids’ room, which wasn’t great. Overall, though, we had a wonderful time and will return. It’s a special spot."
