「The overall experience was good. However, the shuttle from the hotel to the airport (GRU) was terrible. 1) The driver did not bother asking if the passengers needed help to load their baggages on the bus/ 2) As there were no functional straps to tie the baggages where they were allocated, they were sliding on the bus until my dad tied the existent straps on his own/ 3) The driver was driving recklessly since the baggages / 4) The driver did not stop at the appropriate 」

「外観・内装・室内ときちんとメンテナンスされている。使い勝手も良いと思う。 Wifi はそこそこ。100kb/s 前後で安定。ロビーでも使用可。 ただしチェックアウトするとつかえなくなるので、最終日は注意。 チェックイン時にパスポートの取り違えがあり、別人のものと入れ換わった。 クレームを入れるとホテル側のサービスマネージャーからすぐレスポンスがあった。 あくまでもスタッフのミスだったようである。（故意ではなさそう。） 機会があればまた泊まると思う。」
