Highly recommend and will stay again

I had a great experience at this hotel. It is well located, and both the room and bathroom were spacious. The only issue I encountered was that the shower took a while to warm up. I mentioned this to the staff, and they assured me they would address the problem. The breakfast was good as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Falta de secador de cabelo nos quartos

O grande problema é a falta de secador de cabelo nos quartos. O único disponível na recepção não pode ficar com o hóspede durante a estadia, sendo necessário solicitar todos os dias — e muitas vezes ele já está em uso por outra pessoa. Cheguei a ter que esperar outra hóspede devolver para poder usar. Fora isto o hotel seria perfeito, novo/reformado, pequeno e tranquilo.

A estadia foi ótima. Fui fazer uma prova de concurso no Mackenzie e a localização foi ótima, apenas algumas quadras da entrada da prova. O quarto é muito confortável e espaçoso e o chuveiro é ótimo. O café da manhã não é em sistema de buffet, mas o menu é bem gostoso e as porções são de um tamanho legal. Pra mim foi mais que o suficiente, só sugiro oferecer uma opção de ovos a parte e sem cobrança.

Café da manhã ridículo.

A estrutura do hotel é excelente, e o atendimento dos funcionários também merece destaque – sempre cordiais e prestativos. No entanto, o café da manhã deixou muito a desejar e compromete seriamente a experiência geral da hospedagem. As porções oferecidas são extremamente reduzidas, a variedade de itens é mínima, e até mesmo a reposição de suco é cobrada à parte – o que beira o absurdo, considerando que esse serviço costuma estar incluso na diária em qualquer hospedagem de padrão semelhante. A quantidade de frutas é tão pequena que, sinceramente, nem um papagaio ficaria satisfeito. Parece mais uma amostra grátis do que uma refeição. Entendo que o café da manhã seja terceirizado, mas o serviço ainda assim reflete diretamente na imagem do hotel. Hospedar-se é uma experiência completa, e esse tipo de economia desnecessária prejudica a satisfação dos hóspedes.

O hotel é bonito, novo, lugar tranquilo, mas faltou coisas básicas, ducha higiênica no banheiro, uma simples escova de privada , vc não tem opção de pedir um simples lanche, o café da manhã , você tem uma listinha que só pode optar por um item de cada , bem limitado!!
