"It was a perfect 4-night stay. The email communication for check in and check out instructions was excellent. The studio was spacious, quiet and clean with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient and close to everything. It is walkable to the city center for places to eat, do grocery shopping and tour pickup. It was a perfect stay."

"Not only are the glass apartments very luxurious and have an amazing hot tub and sauna but you get to lie in bed and watch the Northern Lights. I think it would be a good idea to provide guests with eye masks because the daylight can wake you very early."

"Great deal compared to other hotels. Super clean, lots of space and 5 minute walk to city center but you need to take a bus to Santa Claus Village. There is no front desk but communication by text was quick with the number given. Convenient market on ground floor for anything you might need. Would stay again."

"Above all else the staff here are fantastic. Very welcoming, accommodating and knowledgeable, especially Joni. The hotel is very well decorated and has a very warm, cosy and safe feeling. The rooms are spacious and look great with an Arctic theme. The free use of the Sauna is a fantastic perk. We ate at the restaurant a few times and the food was very tasty and the staff were very friendly too. We greatly enjoyed our stay here. "
