"We didn’t use the restaurant because of our itinerary, and there is a very good Starbucks just down the street. Great location for walking to shopping, museums, restaurants. We had an issue with the toilet that was promptly fixed. Great staff!"

"The hotel was an excellent choice. It was walkable to the wharf and lots of restaurants in the inner harbor as well as to the market on the waterfront that had tons of great food options. It is also walkable to other tours stops, the ferry from the U.S. as well as other site seeing attractions. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was terrific. We had a car with us which we only used once to go out to Buchart Gardens, otherwise we walked most everywhere else that we wanted to see."

"Exceptional front desk staff at check-in. We were provided with early room access and enjoyed the gorgeous roof top deck. It is large, beautifully landscaped and offers multiple seating areas and loungers. BBQ too. The gym and indoor pool is well equipped for a full workout. We enjoyed the atrium with tropical plants and koi pond. We took graduation photos inside since it was pouring rain that day."
