Leonardo Hotel Vienna Hauptbahnhof
"Good hotel and breakfast. However had to ask for basic amenities like kettle and very few charging points. Our room was double booked causing other people to walk in whilst we were there, and the bathroom has no door which is hard if you are travelling with family. Hotel was clean and tidy"

"Hotel has a green policy so no cleaning of rooms change of towels or bedding unless upon request which I get on one or two night stays. We stayed 7 nights in a suite with a separate living room/ lounge which I think should have been cleaned at least once during our stay without having to request ..."
