"Check in went well. Front desk was very nice. My room was in the west wing where they are still revamping the rooms. Very quiet area. Clean room. Very comfy bed and pillows. The refresh of this hotel is a positive. Cons: I did wait 45 mins for the van. However, in saying that I probably just missed it and the recording did say it takes about 20 mins from hotel to airport. Unless you specifically call the front desk to let them know where you are, I’m not sure if they know to stop at every terminal to see if anyone is there. Maybe they need to change the procedure for pick up. The other thing is that the pool is in the foyer. It’s very loud, so if you want to have a drink at the bar which is right there, don’t expect it to be relaxing. Lastly, on check in and check out we did have to wait for someone to show up. The desk isn’t always manned. Overall I would place this in my top 5 places to stay around the airport. Great value for money. "

"The hotel was nice but the staff was confused. A guy checked us in went to the room key didnt work had to go back he gave me another key. The next day staff wants to argue that I was suppose to be checked out I'm telling them I book for 2 nights showing them the confimation and everything come to find out we were put in the wrong room under someone else name but she tells us they will fix it and we could just stay in the room we were already in. Leave to go get food come back our key not working why because of the same issue"

"The room was decent and the beds were comfortable but the tiles in the shower were coming apart and the shower kept randomly dripping and making noise. The pool was extremely cloudy and shouldn’t have been in use at all. The hotel shuttle also took over an hour to arrive for pickup and the call system hung up on me when I tried to reach the front desk. Overall our stay was nice but I wouldn’t count on using the pool or hot tub if they continue to be that unclean. "
