"The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've had in a long time. Staff were attentive and the breakfast area was spotless. The instructions for catching the shuttle were clear and concise. Check in with smooth and the room was very clean."

"Room was clean. Staff was nice but called me at 10:30 pm when I was half asleep for really no reason. Breakfast was just ok. Instead of bacon and sausage they had chicken strips which I thought was really weird. Lobby is really humid because of the swimming pool I assume. Just an all around weird experience at this hotel. "We got there on a Friday night check in was great, staff was great. The room we received on the other hand was not acceptable. One corner wall the paint looked like it had water damage behind it and and in the morning looked like it got worse. The bathroom door stuck and was hard to close and open. I asked for an extra pillow and since the hotel was sold out there were no extras. Looks like a family wedding was going on. We stepped into the elevator and it started moving without the door closing and we immediately got off. The next morning after seeing some small blood splatter on the bathroom door and wall I went to inform the front desk. Woman in the front was awesome and was able to have another room cleaned for us and got switched rooms. At that point I asked if I could also get some kind of financial reimbursement for all that was wrong. Since they switch us rooms I was told that was us being compensated. The room we switched to was better but the shade to the window was broken and did not go up and down at that point we just dealt with it and made the best of it. I spoke to the front desk on Monday morning when checking out and the woman at the front was very sweet and said she would speak to the manager when I asked again if there could be some kind of financial compensation. I asked if they could call or email if something can be done but I have not heard back by the end of day"

"There was a smell of mildew when we went in our room . Breakfast was not the best , I wasn’t expecting a 5 star meal but they could’ve changed it up but it was the same fake eggs and sausage everyday. "

" It was okay and decent for just needing a one night stay before our 4am flight the next day. Not the easiest to get into if you miss your turn off the exit. "

"10/10; Hotel had great hosts, the made to order French toasts with fresh strawberries were awesome, and the indoor/outdoor pool was amazing. The pool was very clean and well stocked with towels. We enjoyed swimming during our stay. The hotel is conveniently located and has a type of homely feel to it. Also enjoyed the courtyard/balcony view. "
