I have nothing but great things to say! The apartment was spotless, and fully stcoked with anything you would ever need. The location is walking distance to pretty much everything. Miriam was very communicative and quick to reapond. I highly recommended this as a place to stay.

Girls Trip to Victoria BC

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at the Urban Oasis in Victoria! The condo is situated in downtown Victoria BC and everything is within walking distance. We found great restaurants, bars, shopping and sightseeing and felt safe walking in this beautiful city! Coming back to our Urban Oasis and relaxing was the cherry on top! My friend is already talking about going back with her husband and hopes to stay in the same condo! We highly recommend this location!!

Spacious clean condo in the heart of downtown

Convenient central location and efficient use of space to have 3 bedrooms. We had a comfortable stay with 2 kids, 2 parents and 2 grandparents. Clean and well-appointed unit. Initial check in took a bit to connect with the condo manager but once we were connected things were smooth and she went out of her way to be accommodating.

Excellent downtown location

We enjoyed staying at this 3 bd condo. We can walk around the whole downtown Victoria. It was very clean and well equipped. The Dyson fans in each room helped in hot days. Underground parking space was easy to get into. Finally, Miriam, the property manager returns calls promptly.

We enjoyed a week in this wonderful apartment. The location is great, right downtown close to all the stores and restaurants. A short walk to the harbour to enjoy everything it has to offer. The apartment is spacious and well stock with everything you need. Miriam is the perfect hostess, she was there to meet us. She showed us around , answered all our question and was only a telephone call away if anything came up. We loved the garden deck, a great place to relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. We called this place home and will be coming back.

Enjoyed the stay, host was friendly and helpful, parking was great, location is good. Social room and deck very nice. Neighborhood is sketchy in the evening and thru the night. Building common areas are dirty. Suite beds were clean but floors dirty, carpets not vacuumed. Building secure.

Exceptionally well kept

I've rented dozens of properties and this is by far the best kept property I've seen. It has all the kitchen equipment a gourmet chef needs. It is clean and well furnished. The keypad building and central location is great. The only negative is some minor street noise due to being on the second floor. Not an issue during the day, but light sleepers should use ear plugs or run the owners white noise machine.

Beautiful and comfortable home in Victoria

What a great family getaway in Victoria BC. I loved how Miriam welcomed us when we arrived and made sure we knew how everything worked in the home. The location is just ideal - easy walking access to everything we wanted to do. The decor is the perfect balance of beautiful but also comfortable. You can tell it was designed with care. We especially loved the patio area. The building is safe and secure and the parking spot is a great addition. The only negative was the street noise that could be heard below the bedrooms during the night but I'm a very light sleeper! Would definitely come back again to stay in this wonderful home.

Oasis

The apartment was well furnished and had all the amenities we needed, including a well-functioning washer and dryer set. The unit is not air conditioned but Dyson fans in each room and a door opened to the spacious and well appointed balcony kept air flowing and the rooms very comfortable. An in-building designated parking space is a huge benefit. Check in was a bit bumpy but ultimately resolved. Security is extremely high in the building. The location is ideal for walking to downtown venues. There was an add-on fee above the stated amount for more than two renters. Would we stay again? Definitely.

Family Adventure

The services provided by our host were outstanding. There was plenty of communication and support if needed. Getting in can be a bit trick, but the building is extremely safe. The accommodations were perfect for my wife and 2 adult children with a private parking spot. The building is located in a position that you can walk to almost everything. Only issue was the homeless and drug use, but sadly you will find that everywhere these days. Just need to be wise and alert. If you are like us and prefer late evenings Victoria isn't like that. Most places don't seem to open until 9:00 a.m. and close between 8:00 & 10:00 p.m., so plan your evenings meals in advance. We would definitely stay here again and we recommend to others. Ruben C

It doesn’t get better than this...

As soon as you open the door to the apartment you will be swept away by its charm. It is a smallish space that Miriam has succeeded in making live large. Beautifully and comfortably decorated. Sparkling clean. Excellent beds. Exceptionally well equipped. Even in gloomy, rainy December the outdoor terrace is an inviting venue with roses during other plants.. It is downtown with a downtown vibe, i.e. convenient to everything and occasionally a little noisy. Didn’t worry us a bit. With windows closed silence prevails. The high security access can be a tad frustrating until you get used to it. Miriam is a hostess par excellence. She could not have been more accommodating. Thank you! Thank you!

Lovely space in walkable area

This property was very nice. It was about two blocks from some of the more popular shops and restaurants and about 4 blocks from the waterfront, Empress, etc. It was easy to get around on foot. The unit contained everything and more. We only stayed a couple of nights but if we'd wanted to we were set for months. The kitchen is nicely equipped with full size appliances, every size and type of pan and serving pieces. The unit was clean and comfortable. We were there in December but the outdoor patio/balcony looked inviting. The owner was responsive and it was easy to check in and out. I plan to stay there again.

Fun family getaway

Great apartment, close to all the touristy things, great grocery store and so many fun coffee shops and restaurants all a step away. This is an urban area, but the apartment is quiet and comfortable. Secure parking was nice and made checking in and out a breeze. The host was easy to reach and she provided great suggestions for our stay. We would stay here again.

Fantastic location within easy walking distance of inner harbour and downtown Victoria. Can't beat thre combination of convenience and comfort of a fully appointed 3 bdrm 2 bath condo with outdoor patio. As advertised!
