Beautiful historic hotel located close to Victoria Falls. The hotel was immaculate and the staff warm and inviting. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Victoria Falls.

This is a true 5 star hotel . All the staff are so well trained . Nothing is too much trouble. We stayed 3 nights and did not get bored . We ate all our meals at the hotel at Stanley Terrace and enjoyed everything we had . The view from the Terrace is amazing . The pool area is beautifully designed and not too busy . We saw many animals in the grounds and beyond.

This was a beautiful historical hotel directly overlooking Victoria Falls. Watching the sun rise over the falls was a memorable experience. We are so glad that we stayed here.

This classic turn of the century hotel is a treat to stay at. It is well located in Victoria Falls for day activities and has a splendid view of the Zambezi River gorge and bridge. The staff are exceedingly friendly and well trained. Our room was very comfortable with a large bedroom and bathroom with both shower and bath. There were a lot of electrical outlets including the North American standard. The food was outstanding and reasonably priced for the quality. Table service was top notch. The pool was so nice on a hot day, with great F & B service and live music. There were a variety of wild animals to be seen both on and off the property but you felt safe with the animal rangers they had patrolling. Although lodging is expensive, we felt it was well worth the unique experience.

Helpful and courteous staff. Very clean and I felt comfortable eating there. Good breakfast options and very good dinner options. Coffee unfortunately was not very good but the very restaurant staff especially Beatrice and Nyash were very helpful. They are doing renovations and the rooms in this stable wing are not easily accessible as you have to walk on the road and through a poorly lit alley to access that wing. Wi-Fi was very good and water pressure in showers was very good.

Five star resort for sure. Great location near the falls with a view of the bridge that borders Zimbabwe and Zambia. Excellent staff by far, so friendly indeed. Themba went above and beyond for me locating directions I needed. Thank you all.

We didn't stay long but really appreciated the Victoria Falls Hotel for its beautiful rooms and overall facility. Great afternoon tea (delicious) and breakfast buffet. Enjoyed seeing the wildlife cavorting on their lawn. Location was perfect for visiting the falls.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Vic Falls Hotel. The hotel has an incredible history, central location , breathtaking views and warm staff which ensured we had the best stay we could have hoped for. Whether spending the days lounging by the pool or walking to the falls, the hotel staff catered for all of our needs and more. It was a special trip thanks to our stay here and I couldn’t recommend it any more highly.

Every part of our stay was 5 stars, but especially all the staff from Michael at dinner last night, to the super helpful and curteous front desk staff, to the cleaners and finally Veronica who was just charming at breakfast this morning. What a lovely place and people.
